Privacy
Last updated: 7 May 2026
This is the privacy policy for pixel61 ltd ("pixel61", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17190599. It explains what personal data we collect when you use pixel61.com or get in touch, why we collect it, and what your rights are.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form or email us at hello@pixel61.com, we collect the name, email address, and any other details you choose to share. If you book a call via our scheduling link, that booking provider (Calendly / Cal.com) collects the data needed to set up the call.
We don't run advertising trackers on this site. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated to reflect what's collected and how to opt out.
Why we collect it
We use the information you give us only to reply to your enquiry, deliver work you've engaged us to do, and (where applicable) invoice and keep proper business records. The lawful bases under UK GDPR are: your consent (for enquiries you initiate), the performance of a contract (for clients), and our legitimate interests (running and accounting for the business).
Who we share it with
We use a small number of third-party tools to run the business — for example email, scheduling, and accounting providers. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone except where required to deliver a service to you or to meet a legal obligation.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Records relating to clients and invoices are kept for as long as UK tax and company law requires (currently six years after the end of the relevant accounting period).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us what data we hold about you, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've handled your data badly. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@pixel61.com.
Policy changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change with it.
